: (1) If the registrar deems additional details necessary regarding the registration of the trade union, he may ask for the necessary details within seven days from the date of application for trade union registration.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in Sections 3, 4, and 5, no trade union shall be registered until the details required under Sub-Section (1) are received.
